Absolutely spectacular!!!! Service was the best of the best. My husband had an awesome birthday experience. Cocktails were stunning too and the food was delicious 😋
I ate here about 4 years ago. I recall it wasn't great, but it was OK and when deciding with friends where to go, we all agreed on Maxine's as it was equal distance from where we all live. Hate to write negative reviews, but this was a shocker! With wife & 2 friends. Their main meals were ok. Starter of crab cake and friend green tomatoes was average at best with friend green tomatoes rock hard. I order a burger. Not sure what took us so long to try Maxine’s, but that’s our loss. Our server, Madeline, was great.. friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She was assisted by Dillon, who was fun to talk with and informative. All the food was quite delicious, with the standouts being the crab cake, escargot, burger, and lobster ravioli. The atmosphere is eclectic and just plain fun. We will be back soon.
