We had a reservation at 12:30pm for lunch which was made through the Open Table app. Apparently this restaurant DOES NOT HONOR those reservations. We arrived at least 10 minutes early and checked in with the hostess. She had our reservation, but that didn’t seem to mean anything because at 12:50, we still weren’t seated. We did, however, watch a man (owner or manager type) take guests in ahead of us because they were “friends”. They did not have reservations. I know it can be difficult with these old houses that are turned into restaurants and even more difficult when there's constant traffic in and out of the doors to take care of the people that are seated outside but whatever needs to be done, should be done to keep the inside temperature no warmer than 74° and they certainly aren't doing it. I think the food was good and some people will think it's great but that's just a preference issue on my part.
