Dropped my taxes to get done on February 19, fast forward to Tax Day April 15, I had yet to receive anything. Called 4x within this time span of 2 months to get an update and was told we will call you when it is ready. Tax Day came and after asking again they told me they will have to file an extension. I had checked reviews beforehand and saw great things, but unfortunately, I can't say I received the same timeliness.
