I’ve gotten my hair cut at Maxine’s for years by a stylist who is no longer with us so I know what a good haircut looks and feels like. I recently came back to Chicago and had the hair stylist Leigh cut my hair. The absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had!!! I could tell while she was cutting it that it wasn’t going to turn out well —that she didn’t know how to cut hair. Worse than I imagined! Leigh, while a nice woman, needs much more training in how to cut. I expected much more for my $120 plus tip. Now I’m stuck !
