RecommendedI have been seen by every doctor in the abdominal / Liver Clinic either before, during, or after my liver transplant in Nov 2016. They are the best ANYWHERE. You can go other places, but you can't find better. I was MELD score 40 and on dialysis, at the last minute they finally found a new liver. I diligently followed their instructions before and after transplant and was discharged in seven days post surgery after a year on the list and a month on life sustaining extra measures for a month before transplant. Brought a friend for her appointment and one hour and twenty minutes after her appointment time they finally called her back for her first diagnostic test. After asking twice about the wait time the board finally updated saying they were running 3-4 HOURS behind due to pre-ops. We were told that the clinic director would be down to address our concerns, but that person has never shown up. Totally unacceptable.
