Maximus Heating and Cooling was hired to put the HVAC into a new addition on the house. The work was completed quick and professionally. A little later it was found another contractor had accidentally broken a pipe in the system shuttign down the AC. They were called ust being told "It isn't working." in very short order a tech came out, analyzed the problem, called in a bigger crew and by the end of the day the issue was fixed and the house was cooling again. Buyer beware. It took 4 months to install a complete HVAC. This included daily calls and texts to try to get them to come out and finish their work. Mike Johnson would say someone would be by and no one would show. When I called to say no one had shown up, he'd apologize and say someone would be there the next day and again no one would show. I was told for thanksgiving week he'd have an entire crew to finish the work - guess what - no one showed. He had the electrician come out who disconnected my existing heat leaving me w... read more
