This is a great gym! Actually my favorite one around.
I love this gym. Very friendly staff....friendly members.... young and old and in between... the help you receive is awesome. They love to motivate you. My home away from home. I feel better than I have in years. At my age that is a very good thing.
I never thought I would join a gym and now I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't go. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I never feel intimidated or out of place. Love it here. After only 3 months I feel so much better and can do things I haven't done in years.
