Super unorganized. Owner doesn’t know what he’s doing. The foreman (Kevin Pook) at the RiverBank site was pretty bad and used paid company Manpower for personal gain (taking hours to take things to or from his truck for example)
They do not pay contractors and keep all the money for themselves, often putting other businesses out of business without a care in the world.
