Been dealing with them for 4 years now through my job. Low-grade structures with Low-grade maintenance. And, if it snows...ha...better bring your own shovel as they dont plow..."The Cheapest Way" seems to be their motto...
Do not do business with these CROOKS! We rented a storage unit that we did not use AT ALL. I paid a prorated amount for October on 10/28 and the full amount for November. Left a message OCTOBER 31 to inform them that we ended up not needing the unit anymore and they refused to refund my November payment. This storage unit was not used AT ALL by us. CROOKS CROOKS!
I have used ABC Storage in Romulus MI for my semi for years. The rates are reasonable, the facilities are safe, monitored and well kept. The owners take the time to speak with customers to be sure everything is alright and that they are happy.
