Gary was amazing! He’s an excellent addition to my medical care team!!! He was extremely thorough and explained to me why I need to use a CPAP machine, and how to use a CPAP machine, how to make adjustments, how to clean it properly, and he did all of this with a big smile on his face and with a lot of enthusiasm.
