I had a disappointing experience with Maximum Results Real Estate and the agent who assisted me in purchasing my home. I am an appraiser that was contracted by the VA to appraise a home in Rushville. I contacted Anna Yazel to gain access to the property for the inspection. Apparently, in my professional opinion, there is a conflict of interest, as the buyer's agent is Anna's ex-spouse and there seems to be personal vendettas and feuding between the two, which I feel has resulted in Anna cancelling two consecutive appointments, 2 days in a row, within an hour of each appointment after I was already en route and traveled 1 hour to the site. I had called Anna twice to list our home and never received a call back after listing with another agent the buyer had asked her to show them our home, which they purchased. Anna then had the nerve to leave a sold sign in the yard after removing our realtors sign after closing. Nothing like taking the credit for something that you did not do.....
