I came home to find my house on fire, black smoke so thick I could not see my hand in front of my face. While the Fire Department was helpful, the best thing they did was call Tonya from Maximum Restoration. Efficient project management and communication to the client are paramount and this company has neither. My project involved a shop fire with contents and building damage. The project manager was a joke and didn't know how to manage this. Almost no communication unless I bugged his boss and then all I got were excuses and lies. Found out many inconsistencies after talking directly to the sub contractors myself. This company takes 20% profit, includes inflated estimates and bogus charges they blame on computer requirements. Update: Paul was the project manager for our restoration and was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process and answered all of our questions along the way. Rhino Roofing performed the actual restoration work and we are very pleased with the final product. Overall, we had a great experience with Maximum Restoration and Rhino Roofing.
