The maintenance on the properties is poor and I had to rewire the furnace after the HVAC guy was called in since he used a copper wire with no insulation. The wire melted and no one arrived when called to fix it. Luckily I went to school for HVAC and had prior knowledge to repair it. It dang near caused the apartment complex to be evacuated for a fire if I hadn’t noticed to shut off the breaker.
