True health care professionals delivering professional & long lasting results. The physical therapy is excellent & the fitness center is very adequate for all fitness levels. One-on-one or group personal training is some of the best in town & Powercat Crossfit has amazing coaches. With two locations, this is one of Manhattans better businesses.

RecommendedThe PT I am seeing is super solid and knowledgeable. Diagnosis is spot on, as well the soft tissue work, and the exercises he has me do. With a bit of luck and dedication I may be able to get rid of my back and neck issues for the duration, which is more than I hoped for.
