I called Ms. Scott on a Monday morning; she showed me two houses that same evening; got me approved within minutes and I closed on THE house the following Thursday! True story! The broker Tracey and agent Latasha forced the sale of my property without my full consent. It was a very upsetting scenario. Even the closing attorney agreed there was mishandling of the case. Realtors in general are freeloaders taking unworthy commissions. In this case, defrauding their client.
