I was never given a menu for my pedicure and she just started without knowing what I wanted. Then I asked for Chrome on my nails and the work was very poor. I really wanted to like it but is just not worth the price.

I received a dip powder manicure and the entire nail came off. The prep to remove my old dip was minimal/not completely clean and the dip application was too thick. Three other nails started chipping at the tips just a few days after I left the salon, so I've had to file my nails every day since then. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service was okay.
