They made me feel comfortable during my visit, and I appreciated the care I received. My issue is with the billing process and the lack of transparency about the cost of my appointment. This is not personal in any way—the staff were kind and professional as individuals. However, my experience from a clinical standpoint was not positive. Athletico Physical Therapy is by far one of the best physical therapy offices I’ve been to. I went in with shoulder issues that were causing a lot of discomfort, and thanks to the treatment plan recommended by their staff, I was able to become pain-free within just a few weeks.
