Michelle Nieves is a first class physical therapist. Her knowledge of physical therapy is second to none. After having left shoulder rotator cuff surgery, she got me back to work in several short months....which is no easy task. Rotator cuff surgery is one of the toughest to fully recover from. Michelle comes highly recommended for all of your physical therapy needs.
Dr. Nieves was very thorough and made sure all exercises were done properly and the injured area was being treated.
I have a love/hate relationship with Dr. Nieves lol....she is very thorough, personable, and definitely knows what she is doing. I had therapy before in one of the places attached to a doctor's office and found them to be very impersonal and eager to get you done and gone. Dr. Nieves takes you through the exercises and is very mindful of how you are feeling and is conservative in progression so you don't end up back in the doctor's office a month later.
