Joey puts customer service back on the map. He took the time to listen to my requests and then provided his recommendations. Updated a lift on my 2014 Jeep Rubicon and he also recommended an upgrade to the steering components to eliminate some roughness that had developed over the years. Of course he nailed it. Not to mention Joeys admiration and appreciation towards veterans. Joey thank you for your service as well. Maximum Altitude Rocks!

Just picked up our truck this morning after having it at the shop for 2 days, we got some tires, rims and lowered our lift and it turned out nice, didn't think it'd look this badass....Seriously the BEST customer service we have ever gotten at a shop, especially Joey, he was so easy to talk to & explained everything very well, he even let us take his shop truck home bc our truck wasn't ready yet & our ride had already left & we live about an hr away from the shop. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable personal! Took my 2014 Jeep JKU in because I was having a "death wobble" at 30-40 mph & 60-80 when I hit any bump. It was so bad I would not put my 3 year old into my jeep. Talking to Lenny he could finish my sentence about the problems before I could even get out the words. They said I needed a alignment and should be good (already had "two" "alignments" in Odessa Tx., where I live). They got it perfect and adjusted my lower control arms to be correct.
