Was told it's a HUD requirement that I have income to get a lease. I later was offered a lease at a different ADA unit where I was accepted with no income. I declined a unit that had stairs with no income where I would have essentially gotten a $32 credit each month to pay my utilities. They're either incompetent or willing to put disabled people on the streets for their own convenience somehow. Shame. It's a great location. Too bad the true cost for subsidized housing is being dehumanized.
do not go here they give you the run around how to get on just the waiting list if you call they tell you your not on the list yet need to do this and that and check your credit and everything else i was trying to help someone get in there and cant
Safe place, no crime or violence. Great place to live.
