RecommendedMy wireless anemometer performed very well until a few days ago. I emailed the company and received an indication the transformer was likely faulty. I asked if a replacement was available and could not believe I receive a response within minutes, indicating a replacement was available for $24. Would rate customer service with 6 stars if I could.
My 18 year old Maximum Harbormaster tide clock operated flawlessly until recently. I was surprised to find that not only was it repairable at a reasonable cost, but that the customer service at Maximum is excellent. A quality instrument and a great experience!
