First of all I was on hold for 15 minutes and their voicemail box is full yet after every 30 seconds it prompts you to leave a vm. Which, in my defense, I tried and was then told it’s full and “an error has occurred..goodbye”. I called right back and was on hold for 25 minutes and went from “you’re caller #3 in line..!”, then to “you’re caller number 2 in line!” then to “you are now the next caller in line and your call will be answered by the next available representative….”. Dr Maximo’s is not only a very skilled physician he also genuinely cares about his patients
Dr. Max has been my doc since 2008. Not only is he a very good doc, but he always cheers me up n makes me laugh. I ended up with some ghetto insurance n wasn't able to see Dr. Max. I wasn't able to find anyone even half as good, so I have just been paying full price to see him. WHEW! Never been happier! Glad to have my Doctor back! I told him idk what I am gonna do when u retire??? He said with a smile, "ME??? RETIRE?? I HAVE THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD!"
