Call the realty office to coordinate pick up of the keys and am told that even though my apt is in Flatbush Brooklyn, that I would have to pick up my keys from their office in Gravesend Brooklyn between 10am-5pm. That’s all the way in the other side of Brooklyn. I don’t know how anyone is supposed to coordinate that without taking time off work. They’re not open weekends. They won’t leave keys with the Super.
