We went to see it (Tues Jan 9)and was told the first floor will be delivered vacant and second floor will need 2 months to leave after closing. We were ok with this so we submitted an offer the next day (Wed Jan 10) which they accepted (Thurs Jan 11). We exchanged attorney information so they can send us the contract.
