No personal attention. Poor followup. Wrong test ordered. Incorrect billing. Dr. Reddy saw my ill son July of 2023 because she adversities as a infection disease doctor. We had concern about parasitic infection due to prolonged exposure outdoors. Dr. Reddy gave him a very brief appointment, a collection package, and he mailed the sample in according to instructions. The doctor never called us back, she did not specify parasitic infection on the test kit, so results were “no blood found” which was not the point. (We had to co... read more
Dr. Reddy and Dr McNeil are excellent They are extremely knowledgeable and take time to talk and listen to their patients. The office staff are extremely helpful and professional. .
Great place super friendly had an amazing experience when I was worried about being judged Very freindly staff and warm hearted kind doc who wants to take the extra step to be safe then sorry when it comes to your health I would recommend this place
