FYI - Beware of doing business here. Absolutely awful communication from Roy's end. We met for a wedding band consultation in July 2023 for our wedding in June 2024 and there was no follow-ups or constant lines of communication even after I would message him every month. My fiancé got my engagement ring from Roy and we then got both our wedding bands from Roy. I am super picky and Roy was able to get everything right on the first go and exactly how we wanted. He’s patient, friendly and detail oriented. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.
