Set up a date and time to see a property…. Im a medical professional, they’re aware of my schedule, I have an 800 credit, etc but nobody showed up. Talked with the residents living there and they said the place was rented out last week. Maxima never answered my follow up calls. Unaware, unprofessional, would not recommend this group.

Horrible play to stay property manager is like a slum lord For the first Through months I stayed there I was being harassed just because I had company over literally . Walls are too close. People can hear your whole conversation and god knows what else . Roaches everywhere since apartment was flooded with toilet water in my whole room my son was ready to go

NEVER rent from these people, do yourself a favor please, they never pick up, they won't fix anything. Your needs are their last priority. If you need to talk to them, you're better off praying to god.

I wish I could give them a zero star review.. they are HORRBILE property management. Avoid this company at all costs. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, they just make you leave a message and decide if they are ever going to respond back to you. Within 2 weeks of moving into my rental property we had some maintenance issues, after calling them 10x they finally said they were sending someone out at a certain time and TWO TIMES in a row they never showed up on us. No phone call, no rescheduling, just did not show up.... read more

This place has bad service the lady in the office fernanda don’t help you. Once you move in they don’t care .. I ask fernanda for a new fridge she told me she got to ask the owners .. mind you they live in Canada .. it’s been 3 months she still didn’t buy no fridge the fridge is old also the stove is really old she doesn’t care at all terrible place to live ..
