This place is incredibly unprofessional. My issues began when I came in for highlights three months ago. At that time, I scheduled a follow-up appointment and was told I’d receive reminders leading up to it. Fast forward three months…no reminders, no confirmation calls, absolutely nothing. Then, on the day of the appointment (10 minutes after it was supposed to start), I received a call saying I missed it and they would be charging my card $135. Hard to park on street, but meters lot across the business. Not a luxury salon but we'll established.
