Went here a few weeks ago, I booked online in the middle of the day an appointment at 4:45 for a manicure with regular polish, and added an extra 15 minute service for a design and I added a comment saying I have natural long nails and wanted french tip. When I came in, the girl at reception seemed confused about my appointment, even though I got email/text confirmation for the appointment.
