DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY MAXIM! I had a TERRIBLE experience with Bob the owner and his staff, SUPER RUDE "customer service" top to bottom if you can even call it that. I sent them a cancellation notice in writing as requested and it took me almost 1 year to finally get them to stop charging me. I requested and refund and heard nothing back. When I finally heard back from Bob, he made up some phony bill for $250 (Which I've NEVER seen or heard of) and said it was for diagnosis of equipment failure and also phone calls. I don't know if their service is good or not. I found myself in a situation where I took over a property that already had the system installed. Tried calling for four days to get help to learn how to use the system. I never received a return phone call. Finally got in touch with Bob and Bob was apparently having a bad day. He was incredibly rude and acted like I was wasting his time. Bob needs to learn how to better speak to paying customers. The service may be good, but their customer service is deplorable.
