First rate, across the board, from start to finish. Beginning with the roof evaluation, they were very professional and thorough. They took as much time as needed to answer all my questions and concerns and followed up immediately to get it scheduled within days.The service staff on the phone are very positive and helpful. I can't write enough about the professionalism, care, understanding, and work that Dan, and the technicians he sent, did in fixing our roof and noticing and fixing another problem of which we were unaware. We had a leak in a roof peak that was "fixed" by another company a year ago, and it started leaking again (ugh). I called Maxim and Dan and his guys took care of us quickly and professionally.
