I am very happy with Dr. Norkin, he was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions, I trust that he is taking great care of me with my multiple myeloma needs. He was kind and professional.
he very good at treating blood cancer, he gives his best to his patients.
He doesn't have the best bedside manner. He needs to do more listening to understand and responding to how the patient is feeling. Blood test don't tell how a person is feeling. I was transferred to him from Dr. Hammond.
I used to see Dr Hammond, who was excellent in all aspects. I now see Dr Norkin. Wished he would explain things like Dr Hammond and have the bedside manner as Dr Hammond. M D Anderson overall is 5 stars though!
