We bought their products a few years ago from a lighting store in Vancouver. A few months ago, one of the glass shades accidentally broke, but unfortunately, the store where we purchased it had already closed. DO NOT USE. Many of their products, including semi permanent outdoor wall sconces are NOT repairable in any way. — you CANNOT replace even the bulb on these units when it blows. $500 lights built as cheaply as possible and supposedly for outdoor use that have a 5 year life at the most. There are many better quality lights built for appropriate maintenance.

Poor quality LEDs in outdoor lights. Keep going out. Even though LED and power supply are easily removable they don’t sell them as parts. Just the whole unit. Won’t cover under warranty as they were installed by builder. Avoid and find something better quality.
