great products and amazing customer service.
We bought their products a few years ago from a lighting store in Vancouver. A few months ago, one of the glass shades accidentally broke, but unfortunately, the store where we purchased it had already closed. We had no idea how to replace it and couldn’t find the right size anywhere online. During our trip to Los Angeles, we found out that their office was nearby, so we decided to stop by and give it a try. DO NOT USE. Many of their products, including semi permanent outdoor wall sconces are NOT repairable in any way. — you CANNOT replace even the bulb on these units when it blows. $500 lights built as cheaply as possible and supposedly for outdoor use that have a 5 year life at the most. There are many better quality lights built for appropriate maintenance.
