After being with the company for four almost five months they were able to place one nurse in the home who did not work out. They set up several meet and greets for the nurses to never show up. Not only did they not fire the nurses for not showing up but they tried to encourage me to meet with them again only for them to not show up again. They sent nurses to the home that were not even able to work the shifts required and constantly gave open ended promises. Unprofessional and are not equal opportunity employees. Refuse to hire employees that are arab, black, or latin unless they are hired as home health aides which isn't right at all!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They just steal your money and cancel your shifts. Very unprofessional/unorganized company to work for. I would not recommend.
