Absolutely the worst. A lot of no call no shows. No communication. Nobody seems to care. My father and I finally getting along after years at turmoil. We don't really argue about much anymore and I'm taking care of him now. I have spinal cord issues myself. My entire spine has been fused. So I do my best to help my dad. Really the only time me and him fight is when the nurse doesn't show up in the morning and it creates a lot of undue drama. If you can stay away from these people do it.
