If i could give them 0 stars i would!!! Ive been calling April in payroll since Friday morning due to not receiving my pay. She has no answers for me and now refuses to take my calls. Todays date 4/9/25. I have contacted Customer relations who dont help in no way, shape or form!!! I havent received my check from 3/28/25. Maxim has been a horrible these past 2 yrs., they have not paid my worker! I sent in all the paperwork on time and they still discontinue services for my son. Meanwhile, everything was sent on time. I don’t know if they have new staff, but they are not worth having as an agency. You go through the stress of doing everything on time so services don’t get discontinued, but they still do!!! From what I know, I have not been the only person, that this has been happening to!!
