Maxim has been amazing to our family for the last five years. They have given our family not just nurses but people who genuinely care about there patients an have been like family to us. My son has three nurses an my three work together an help each other out if they need time off. My shifts are always covered unless an emergency happens an even then I receive a call on why they couldn’t come. My son calls his nurses his other moms an he loves an adores them! they are superficial liars. all they care about is making as much money as possible. nurses are more often then not untrained, not properly trained, inexperienced or just plain awful. when things go wrong they don't take responsibility and they throw their nurses under the bus. the turn over is horrendous. it's often dangerous to the patient so many times you can't leave your kid with the nurse or go anywhere. doctor's orders get mixed up. they modify and back date and change policies to help themselves but won't bend any ru... read more

I would highly recommend Maxim Healthcare any family in need of a good caregiving. I myself am a Maxim Healthcare caregiving employee. I love Maxim.
Lack of respect for employees! for starters and their 1st priority as stated by there manager is to the company...not employees. At first they will treated you like the most important person then after awhile ..if you don't jump through all the hoops they will just switch you from job to job ( of course these jobs ) will be the most difficult that they have . So....be warned! Good luck.
Friendly staff with lots of valuable training. They specialize in quality training.
