A very disorganized office with people that lack communication skills. They chose to call you at the last minute of everything and not give you a heads up at a more convenient time frame before wanting you to complete a task. They have no consideration for your own time and the value that it has. Update: Katrina has stated to us, she was supposed to get a call back on 2/13 and she hasn’t heard anything. Today is now 2/23. Sounds real suspicious to us all. God will reveal the as he always does It’s asinine that a daughter who only wants to care for her 72 year old dad is done dirty by the nursing agency meant to relief her of stress.
