Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. The Recruiters are horrible. They’re very young and inexperienced. The company is very unorganized. You’re unable to speak with a manager to get clarification on things and streamline the process. I applied to Maxim over a month ago. completed onboarding documents. Sadly, I agree with the other one star reviews. The Recruiter ‘s are awful…. The communication is lacking. Nobody knows anything and it takes forever to find out when you get a start date… they are very shady when it comes to the hourly rate that is being offered. They won’t give you a contract to sign unless you ask for it… come to think of it I never even signed a contract! I would definitely say avoid this nursing agency, especially the one in blue Ash Oh
Horrible hiring process. I worked for company in 2020. I resigned from my position after no payment. I refuse to pick up anymore more shuft until I was paid. I applied again to in 2022 . Maxim for the homecare position. But was giving 3 interviews a job position with no start date two weeks went by and I emailed the recruiter that I was no longer interested in the position . I spoke with many new hires and they were giving the run around with the hiring process.
