Although I enjoyed the experience at the school and with the people, I had a hard time getting the interview and starting. I felt I was under trained for the actual job. They didn’t offer me safety care training (they refer to it as something else) until I had already been there for 3 months, and ended up missing the training, and the next one was very late towards the end of the school year. & the communication w the school and agency was also very complicated.
