The VA contracted them to provide care for my elderly father. Once they finally provided a caregiver, she was not very ambitious and basically just watched TV/movies with my dad. That is NOT what we need assistance with. I basically had to tell/teach her what to do when it is all in the care plan. After a week of working she called out sick for a week.
