I started with Maxim as an LPN and have stayed since getting my RN. It was a daunting experience at first, but I felt super supported by the office staff in ensuring I had rigorous training to take care of medically complex kids. I love the patient ratio (1:1 nurse/patient) and also the different opportunities there are for working in patient homes and/or accompanying them to school).
