Horrible & very unprofessional. I have a child that needed home healthcare due to the severity of his disability. I contacted Maxim & was trying to get them to provide healthcare which my son is approved for 16hrs a day 7 days a week. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Maxim. Unable to staff our case. We have NEVER had full nursing coverage for our approved hours. Cannot get a straight answer from the schedulers. Schedule is consistently inaccurate, and we never know if there is going to be coverage. Maxim does not seem to care about their patients or the needs of their patients. Schedulers do not return calls and when they do, they are not sure who they have scheduled or if they even scheduled a nurse. Always leaving patients to scramble to find the... read more
Maxim provided tickets welcoming all employees and their families to a super fun Salem Red Sox baseball game in celebration of nurses week. The office is a very supportive team of people and I have enjoyed my time here!
Would give them ZERO if possible. After sixteen years of service they provided nurse ONE day in six months. And then they dropped the case because I was angry and hung up on them!!!! Fortunately I was able to locate another agency that provided three nurses within three weeks. They did me a favor by firing ME!!!!😏
