I worked with the Roanoke office's new manager Keith while he was in the DC office and had such a great experience. Keith is excellent at what he does and goes above and beyond. He always made him self available to talk thru and answer questions, he was great on the logistical side getting our nurse coverage needs addressed quickly, and he was always super warm and supportive throughout the experience. I can assure you that you're in great hands working with Keith at the Roanoke office.
They know why. Home health nurses deserve better treatment. Cases are not assets to make money off of. A shame.
They said they only employ RNs and LPNs. Sadly.
Horrible & very unprofessional. I have a child that needed home healthcare due to the severity of his disability. I contacted Maxim & was trying to get them to provide healthcare which my son is approved for 16hrs a day 7 days a week. Me being a single father really needed the help in which they stated that they could provide. So they did come to do an intake and we were ready to get the case going.
