They have also worked to fit our calendar needs. They have been gracious and kind. We are grateful and appreciate our coordinators and nurses.

Inconsistent with their communication and overall was rude about their way of going about business. I spent lots of money and time on the interview process as well. After looking online to see the other reviews, I can see that I was not the only one.
I have worked at Maxim for about 5 years. I have enjoyed everything about working here. I have had consistent raises every year with a lot of flexibility with my schedule and opportunities for overtime. Everyone has always been so nice and supportive. I would recommend Maxim to anyone looking to work with friendly flexible staff for great pay! Thank you Maxim team/family for everything you do
Had a fantastic recruiter (who is unfortunately no longer at the company) who helped me find a great patient to work with. Thankful for the scheduling manager Tabitha who does a great job being flexible and supportive. The company has room for improvement on their communication with nurses. There is no notification when a nursing supervisor leaves - I emailed one and didn’t hear a response for several days. Turns out she no longer works for Maxim.
