I’m writing this review from my own personal experience The Field Support Manager lacks strong leadership and communication skills. There is often a passive-aggressive tone, impatience, and a lack of emotional intelligence when addressing employees and making decisions. As an RN, I just did not have a good experience. It appears that they are just taking so many cases that they want RN’s who are willing to work anywhere at the drop of a hat with no training. If that’s the kind of job you want this is perfect. If you are looking for any kind of consistency or stability, please stay away. Staff is kind but feels deceptive at times.
