Make all kinds of promises don't follow through tell families one thing and staffing another
Worst experience as a new customer! Do not use them. Promises made and unable to deliver in a timely manner. Lack of follow-through. We needed an urgent hire. They said they could provide a therapist. They painted a picture that all we needed to do is sign a contract and they will send someone over. Not the case. We had to review resumes then we had to wait while they hired the person. The therapist was ready to work and we were ready but Maxim was not. They said it takes 1-2 weeks.
