We are absolutely happy with our BT, Samantha, who provides ABA therapy for our son at home. She is incredible, and since starting therapy with her, our son has made amazing progress in his skills and communication. Samantha brings a vast range of techniques and knowledge to each session. She goes above and beyond, preparing activities, researching behaviors specific to our son, and bringing toys and materials that engage him. We truly feel like we hit the jackpot with her.
My son was discharged from CHOC in July of 2023. Someone named Sally reached out to me regarding providing an in home nurse to help with all his medical needs. I was beyond grateful because of how overwhelming it was to care for a medical needs baby. However, my gratitude was short lived as they only sent out 1 nurse to meet us and her timings were complete opposite from what we had needed and asked for. We had a terrible experience with Maxim - communication and their inability to provide caregivers that were competent and show up. They were always late with multiple no shows each week. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for reliable coverage for your loved one. This company was a nightmare to deal with and we changed to a different agency.
Maxim healthcare has been a wonderful experience for my son. The ABA department has been really flexible and supportive with our needs. My sons BT has really helped him blossom in just a short amount of time.
Do not work for this company if you have a disagreement with somebody, they take it personal and they will use it against you I had a car accident two weeks ago and now we’ve been the repercussions they’re very unprofessional. They gossip in their office in an unprofessional way everybody knows your business because every time you call as soon as you say your name, you know that you’ve been talked about because the way the person sounds they try to give me messed up assignments now way out in Los Angeles and I live in Irvine... read more
