The customers service are not friendly, unprofessional and uneducated, they are just a teenager, and the manager and supervisor are a control freaks, They would punish nurses who are not following their bad policies, Maxim Healthcare was well known many years ago, but today Maxim looks like a dead brand company,
-5 STARS. Don't waste your time with this so called Healthcare company. Went through a lot of so called caregivers, that damaged items, items that are lost, nothing got clean properly and definitely did not give support that I needed and still need. When calling the office you never speak to the same person so you have to repeat yourself numerous times.
