We have been with Maxim for over a decade now, it hasn't always been great but my five stars goes out to Telvin (coordinator), Gwen (clinical supervisor), and my daughter's main nurse Dawn. Dawn has been a faithful, dedicated, and more than a tremendous nurse, who has been by my daughter's side for over a decade now.
