For employees, management is awful. They will text you, call you, and harass you if you call out. But they give you so little PTO you probably won’t have any to use when you do. Now if a shift is cancelled, they never find a back up for you. I never had full time hours in the time I worked there. I asked for 7 months before finally quitting to go to another home health company that actually values its’ employees.
My son and I have been using Maxim for a few years now. I can say the nurses are friendly and caring. There are nurses that go over the top for their patients. The staff behind the scenes are just as caring and friendly. I'm very happy to have this Team taking care of my sons every need. There are bumps in the road at times. But they get resolved. Thank You Maxim

My son’s nurse is wonderful, she is very responsible, keeps all paperwork on time. I have no issues contacting Maxim or them responding to me!
