Great office, they were able to find my son a full time nurse as well as a substitute nurse for if his reg. nurse isn’t available! We love a reliable office! Very friendly, great communication, as well as check up’s just to make sure we’re happy with the services provided. Would definitely recommend.
This review is for healthcare professionals that wish to work for maxim. I’m sure the care is great, however the way they treat their staff is abysmal. They pay minimum wage for required trainings, shadowing, and orientation. If you ask for more hours, they do not accommodate you. I have been begging for hours for weeks, to no avail. I had to take on a second job to be able to pay my bills. They have only offered me part time hours since I started. Take better care of your staff before they leave!!
Maxim has been wonderful all the staff have been great in setting up nursing care for my daughter. I really appreciate how fast they get back to me answering any questions. I've been comfortable with everyone from the start. My daughter Ashley is being well cared for by her nurse Rose. I have piece of mind she's in good hands. I would definitely recommend Maxim.
