My son and I have been using Maxim for a few years now. I can say the nurses are friendly and caring. There are nurses that go over the top for their patients. The staff behind the scenes are just as caring and friendly. I'm very happy to have this Team taking care of my sons every need. There are bumps in the road at times. But they get resolved. My son’s nurse is wonderful, she is very responsible, keeps all paperwork on time. I have no issues contacting Maxim or them responding to me!
