Horrible terrible experience and it makes sense why they have terrible reviews. Claire one of the recruiters absolutely rude and hung up on me. She got mad because I got Accepted into my medical program and I decided to not take the job. I emailed her and callled her she didn’t call back or email me back until I had to email again. At all costs do not waste your time as a nurse willing to serve in the community with Maxim!!! The recruiters are very unprofessional, lack effective communication skills, rude, and lack the knowledge to provide the very basic information regarding your potential patient and care. Gosh. Where do I even begin? Racist. Sexist. I had a home visit and all Dwight (white male presenting) saw was my skin colour. He then proceeded to grill me on matters having nothing to do with why he was there, which he'd never do to a man. I endured it, but upon reflection I called him to follow up and he reassured me that everything was okay from his perspective.
