Staff has proven to be poor at time management, scheduling, and accountability. I don't feel the need to bend, and waste an unbelievable amount of personal time fixing their "mistakes", so they can escape accountability with the families. The pay is insulting, especially for meet and greet orientation. If they stopped sugar coating, they may actually learn from said mistakes and stop repeating them.
