I have worked for Maxim for quite a while and honestly what you take in and experience with doing in home care is about what you put into it. Really need to give a huge shout out to Bryce who is my go to person in the office. She goes above and beyond to help with workers and families in home no matter how much time she has. What would we do without her? Thank you for all you do and thank you for being there for us too!
They will hire you have you sit in orientation for hours just to ghost you.
Field Support - Morgan Baer + other staff in that Dept. that assisted in getting my benefits reinstated + my March 27th deposit into my Roth 401K account with Principal that had been deposited in to a wrong account for 4 days short of 2 months , did an exemplary job of bull dogging these issues through until the the issues were rectified ! I should’ve just listened to the reviews but was hopeful that my experience would be different. If you’re looking for work then I advise you to go with another company. I was promised part time with the hopes of potentially moving to full time eventually but my recruiter Matt B. ghosted me and never reached out again after he told me he would message me “the next morning” two weeks ago.
