First off this place doesn’t have enough nurses and the nurses they do have call off whenever the company will sometimes give you a call to let you know or they just won’t call at all they will leave you without a nurse. Nurses not knowing what they are doing or even falling asleep on a patient this place is honestly just ridiculous been with them for a while and probably got one decent nurse that we liked from there so I would strongly recommend somewhere else to go that has their stuff together.
I have a family member who was abused by staff and management didn't do anything but tried to cover it up attorneys please reach out. Julie and Vanessa need to be held accountable. Julie would drop my uncle in the floor and leave him there has bruises all over i confronted her and she walked out in the middle of her shift i made a report her supervisor Vanessa came out to review my evidence I had been building up, she told me not to contact them anymore and left. I am still new to Maxim; however, thus far, I have felt supported as an RN and a human being. I am most familiar with Taylor; however, I know the remaining team has her back when Taylor is busy. Ex: Debbie, Danielle, and Mia. The team is quick to respond and very understanding. If you are a nurse, you know that the clinical world can sometimes be a tad "dramatic."
