I have been dealing with Maxim Healthcare for some years on and off as a consumer. I really don't know what went wrong all of a sudden I became unacceptable. I am a Muslim female and I want to have pca's who understand my home and my needs. I know that as of 4/01/25 Maxim Healthcare no longer provide Cdpap service's for consumers. The way I was treated was unprofessional at best what medical professional calls a patient 62 years of age by her first name. So happy that I made the leap to work for Maxim Healthcare! From the recruiting process to onboarding to my first assignment it was flawless! The office staff and supervisors are always available when you have a question or any concerns. So thankful I found such a caring company to work for that puts their nurses and their patient families as a top priority.
Unfortunately Someone made poor judgement declined my daughter who has special needs, the care she needs because he didn’t think my home was suitable enough, For The company. I just moved into my house and we are still getting things in order no one is perfect I don’t appreciate them waisting our time.
